1. Trading Risk
Trading futures, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital, and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
2. Educational Analytics Only
WallStreetDelta provides educational market analytics and decision-support tools. Signals, state labels, scenario analyses, and Trade Plans are descriptive reads of available market data — they are not predictions, recommendations, or personalized financial advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.
3. Data Limitations
Market data and computed analytics on the platform may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or derived from proxy inputs (for example, substitute instruments or third-party and exchange-derived feeds used in place of an official source). The platform labels data freshness, coverage, and degradation where practical, but you should assume that any value may be imperfect and verify independently before acting.
4. Performance Figures
Past performance, hypothetical performance, backtests, and simulated results — including any strategy metrics shown in the Strategy Marketplace — do not guarantee future outcomes. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, may not account for fees, slippage, or execution, and do not reflect actual trading in live market conditions.
5. Your Decisions
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, including risk management and position sizing. Consult a qualified financial professional before making decisions based on anything you see on this platform.
