Beta version — this document is a working draft for the private beta period and is pending formal legal review.
1. What WallStreetDelta Is
WallStreetDelta provides educational market analytics, market-structure diagnostics, and decision-support tools. The platform is informational and educational only. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. WallStreetDelta is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not act in a fiduciary capacity.
2. Private Beta Status
WallStreetDelta is currently offered as a private beta. Features, signals, data coverage, pricing, and platform availability may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time as we validate the platform with early users. Access may be modified or revoked during the beta period.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Analytics, signals, and data on the platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” Market data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or derived from proxy inputs, and computed metrics may contain errors. We label data freshness and degradation where practical, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform.
4. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, including position sizing, risk management, and the suitability of any instrument or strategy for your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users’ data, probing or disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or redistributing platform data or analytics without permission.
6. Billing and Trials
Paid plans and trials, where offered, are billed through our payment processor under the terms presented at checkout. During the beta, plan features and pricing may change with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallStreetDelta and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms during the beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
